Mr. Mudassir Shaffi is a dynamic business leader whose vision has shaped the growth of the Diamond Group of Industries. His leadership was recognized in 2016 when he was featured in the prestigious Top 100 CEOs of Pakistan publication. After graduating from the UK with a degree in Business and Finance, he joined the Diamond Group of Industries (DGI) in 2008 and has since played a pivotal role in transforming and positioning the Group’s diverse businesses as leaders in their respective categories.
Currently serving as CEO on the boards of all DGI entities, Mr. Shaffi oversees a wide range of functions, including general administration, production, supply chain, human resources, investments, and marketing.
A dynamic and forward-thinking entrepreneur, Mr. Shaffi has consistently brought innovation, energy, and strategic vision to the Group. His strong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and creative approach to modern business practices have been instrumental in driving growth and embedding a culture of innovation across the organization.
Mr. Ateeb Shaffi graduated in 2023 from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Bringing with him a global perspective and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he has already begun making his mark within the Diamond Group of Industries (DGI).
With a passion for expanding the company’s international footprint, Mr. Ateeb Shaffi is committed to broadening DGI’s portfolio through new product categories, diverse clientele, and the establishment of international branches. He led the launch of Diamond Home, a venture that has successfully extended the Group’s offerings beyond mattresses to include a wide range of home goods such as furniture, beds, and sofas.
In his current role, Mr. Ateeb Shaffi oversees critical functions including supply chain management, production, product development, finance, and more. Guided by a vision to position DGI as a globally recognized and professionally renowned manufacturer, he aims to make high-quality home solutions accessible both domestically and internationally. His forward-looking approach and ambition to take the Group to new heights reflect his strong commitment to innovation, growth, and global leadership.
With a strong foundation in financial management and strategic business development, Mr Tayyab Shaffi plays an active role in advancing the Diamond Group of Industries’ growth and innovation. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Hult International Business School.
Currently, Mr. Tayyab Shaffi oversees the domestic retail market, ensuring the Group’s products continue to meet evolving consumer needs with quality and accessibility. His responsibilities further extend to finance, retail operations, and marketing, where he works to strengthen the company’s market position and drive sustainable growth.
